Sup, I’m Luke, 20, Edinburgh, Scotland. Now all you care about is out the way let me ramble about myself.

Ok, well where do I start? I’m a sane, over observing, strange, OCD driven, psychological, uncaring, experimental and loyal delinquent who hates commitments and has slight dyslexia but an extreme level of over-observance which counterweights it and everything else.

I appreciate talent, whether it’s Bob Dylans pure word perfection, observation skills and ability to metaphorically present what he sees or Marshall Mathers ability to string rhyming words together in a way nobody else can and still put a point behind his words. Media, as hellish as it is, is a wonder of the 21st century.

Not even I know what my writings are but I like them and there’s nothing I hate more than somebody asking what a poem means or what it is about. Take it as you see it, use your own imagination to apply a purpose to the poem if you need one or simply appreciate something for what it is, that’s what I do.

Well, enough rambling and onto the site. Along the top are pages with my influences and interesting quotes ect. My actual work is organised down the right side, you can use the archives drop down menu to select a piece by when it was written/posted or choose by category (Most of my stuff is just bunged in under General Poetry anyway). Not too difficult I hope.

I’d love more subscribers if you like my work; all it is is it sends you an email every time I post a new piece of work with the actual poem in it, there’s no promotional junk crap.

Feel free to judge my work with the all-powerful comments box, I won’t hold anything against anyone, even if you think it’s crap. In fact I’m rather hungry for feedback of any kind.
